Terms of Sale

General

These terms of sale apply to every purchase of artworks from the "Art for Democracy" project. Making a purchase constitutes full agreement to these terms.

The project is run by a group of Israeli artists, curators and cultural figures organized under the "Israel Gives" association, approved under Section 46 of the Income Tax Ordinance.

Products Sold

The project offers for sale original artworks donated by Israeli artists. Each work is presented with a description, technique, dimensions and price in New Israeli Shekels.

Each work is unique and only one copy of it exists.

Purchase Process

• The purchase is made through the payment system of "Israel Gives".
• After payment confirmation, project representatives will make contact to coordinate delivery of the work.
• Once payment is completed, the work is marked as sold and is no longer available for further purchase.
• The purchase is valid only after final payment confirmation.
• The project may cancel a purchase in cases of technical malfunction or pricing error.

Payment and Price

Payment is made in New Israeli Shekels (ILS) by credit card, bank transfer or other payment methods supported by the "Israel Gives" system.

A receipt or invoice will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery and Transfer

Delivery of the work will be coordinated between project representatives and the buyer after payment is completed.

• The time and place of delivery will be determined by mutual agreement between the parties.
• Delivery will take place within 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
• Delivery is made within Israel only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• After delivery, responsibility for the work passes to the buyer.

Cancellations and Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the transaction cancellation regulations:

• A transaction may be cancelled within 14 days from the date of the transaction or receipt of the work.
• Cancellation must be made in writing only to art4democ@gmail.com.
• In the case of an ordinary cancellation, cancellation fees will be charged as required by law.
• In the case of a defect in the work prior to delivery, a full refund will be given.

Liability

The project is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the work.

Each work is sold AS-IS with a description as full and accurate as possible.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a work grants the buyer physical ownership only.

The copyright in the work remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The work may not be copied, reproduced, published or used commercially without the artist's explicit permission.
