Use of the Website

• Any unlawful, offensive, or unauthorized commercial use of the website is prohibited.
• Copying, duplicating, or extracting information from the website using automated tools is prohibited.
• The operator may block or restrict access in the event of misuse.

The Gallery & Artworks

The website presents original works of art by Israeli and international artists participating in the project.

• There may be differences between the appearance of an artwork on the website and the actual artwork.
• The images are for illustration purposes only.
• Availability of the artworks is subject to stock and to Airtable updates.
• An artwork marked as Sold is not available for purchase.

Purchase & Payment

Purchases on the website are processed through an external payment system operated by “Israel Gives”.

• Payment is not carried out on the website itself.
• A purchase is subject to payment approval and the availability of the artwork.
• The operator may cancel a purchase in the event of a malfunction, pricing error, or unavailability.
• Prices on the website may change without prior notice.

Delivery, Cancellation & Returns

• Delivery of the artwork will be arranged after payment is completed.
• Shipping, insurance, or special packaging costs are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellation of a transaction will be possible in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• In the event of cancellation, cancellation fees may be charged as permitted by law.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All copyright in the website and the artworks belongs to the relevant rights holders.

• Purchasing an artwork grants physical ownership only.
• Copying, distributing, or using the artworks without written permission is prohibited.
• Commercial use of the website's content without authorization is prohibited.

Privacy & Data Security

The website may use cookies, analytics tools, pixels, and third-party systems for the purposes of operation, measurement, and improving the user experience.

Full payment details are not stored on the website, but rather in external, secure payment-processing systems.
